SOLD: Regency Library Armchair In Mahogany
Klismos form. All face surfaces reeded. The tops of the stiles capped with bosses, as are the arm terminals & the interesting C-scroll arm supports. Upholstered in green leather. Inside back seat rail inscribed "W. Whiteside", possibly William Whiteside of Lancaster, England, who worked at times for Gillows.
