SOLD: Meiji Period Lacquered Table Cabinet
The interior with three graduated drawers behind a fall-front panel. Decorated throughout (including drawer fronts & sides) with fine gilded peony flowers & scrolling leaves. The top with a gilt bronze handle. Cartouche-shaped bronze lockplate & matching pin fitments at the base of the front panel finely chased with scrolling leaves. Corners fitted with metal. Drawers with loop handles & gilded peony flower back plates.
